Some customers who are unfamiliar with diesel generator sets are unfamiliar with these systems and the part names that make up the system, which is not conducive to the use of the unit.


Today, mobile diesel generator manufacturers will introduce the composition and function of each system of diesel generator sets.

1. The composition of the control system: electronic speed control mechanism or mechanical speed control, starter motor, throttle cable system. Function: At the same time as the motor starts, the solenoid valve pulls the governor throttle to the proper position, and supplies oil to the cylinder to make the cylinder rotate.

2. The composition of the charging system: charger, regulator. Function: The electric starting engine generally has charging equipment, so that the battery can be recharged in time after being discharged.

3. The composition of the fuel system: The governor can be divided into: centrifugal, pneumatic and hydraulic according to its working principle. Common is the centrifugal type. Function: When the diesel generator set is working, its load is changed, which requires the power output of the generator set to be increased or decreased accordingly. In addition, the frequency of the power supply is required to be stable, which requires the rotational speed of the diesel engine to remain stable. Therefore, the general diesel engine is equipped with a governor.

4. The composition of the lubrication system: oil pump, oil filter, oil cooling device, oil pipeline. Function: supply lubricating oil to the friction surface seen by the movement to reduce the frictional resistance, reduce the wear of the machine parts, and partially cool the friction parts; clean and cool the friction surface; improve the sealing performance between the piston ring and the cylinder wall; It acts as a rust preventer.

5. The composition of the cooling system: pump, radiator (water tank), fan, water distribution pipe, body, water jacket in the cylinder head, thermostatic valve. Function: The heat from the high heat parts is released into the atmosphere.

6, the composition of the intake and exhaust systems: valve components, valve drive components. Function: The intake and exhaust processes are realized by the valve distribution mechanism, so that fresh air is charged into the cylinder in time and the exhaust gas is exhausted from the cylinder in time.

7. The role of the intake booster system: The exhaust gas vortex supercharger uses the exhaust gas energy discharged from the diesel engine to drive the supercharger, compresses the air and then delivers it into the cylinder. The purpose of supercharging is to increase the amount of air entering the cylinder, increasing the density of air in the cylinder while the volume of the diesel engine is constant, so that the diesel engine can burn more diesel to increase its output power.
